General information What you can expect from us: We will provide you with a comfortable high quality and well serviced flat with modern, functional and comfortable furnishings. Beds already made, we will provide bed linen, towels, shower cloths, dish towels. All flats are fully equipped with a kitchen, cooker and oven, fridge, coffeemaker etc. including a hairdryer, iron and accessories. The final cleaning is included in the booking price. A friendly, professional and competent service. Availability / booking calendar For all flats you will find booking calendars in the flat description. Here you can check whether the flat is available at the desired date. Our booking calendars are updated daily. However, despite all the care we take, overlappings very occasionally can occur. Inquiries / Offers / Bookings It is very easy to send booking inquiries via email using the inquiry form. Inquiries are usually answered twice a day. We check availability and will then immediately send you, without any obligation, a booking offer, or if necessary an alternative offer. If you wish to accept an offer then a short reply will suffice. Please note that it is imperative that you state your name, address and telephone number. You will then receive our booking confirmation with all necessary details. Bookings are effective only once we have issued our booking confirmation. All inquiries, bookings etc. can off course also be made by telephone, fax or post. Prices / payment You will find the booking prices listed in the flat descriptions or the booking offers. Bookings are payable as follows - a deposit of 20% of the booking price within 14 days from booking date, and final payment either via bank transfer up to 3 days before the arrival day, or in cash upon arrival. Bookings for longer than 30 overnight stays must be paid one month in advance. Flat handover / return With every booking you will receive from us a booking confirmation listing booking dates, flat address and route description. The route description contains all details when arriving by car, train or plane as well as a contact telephone number for when you arrive. On the day of your arrival we will await your phone call approx. 1 to 2 hours before you arrive. We will then meet you at the stated flat address. Our personnel reception can arrange to meet you at short notice on the arrival day between 16:00 and 22:00. During the departure day the flat will be available to you until 10:00 am. Deposit The deposit serves as a pledge to ensure the proper return of the flat / key etc. and is refunded when the flat/key are returned. It is our aim to provide our guests with well-equipped, quality flats. By requesting a small deposit, we have been able to ensure a clientele in keeping with the quality of our services, avoiding those that perhaps do not appreciate this. We therefore charge a deposit of 100.00 EUR to guarantee return of flat/key etc. When the flat/keys have been returned correctly, we will reimburse the deposit immediately. We are grateful for your understanding in this matter. Children We welcome children! Reduced charges apply to children and teens 4-17 years, toddlers/infants up to 3 years old sleep free of charge in the cot. The apartments are furnished with cot and highchair. Pets As a rule you can bring house trained pets for a small fee. When booking, please state the exact kind and size of your pet! Aggressive, loud or dangerous animals may not be brought. Internet In all our flats we offer wireless UMTS Internet receivers for a small fee. A computer / laptop with USB interface, operating system Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Mac OSX 10.2.6 or higher is also necessary. The device is also functions outside of the flats. Breakfast / Catering We do not provide any catering. All flats are furnished with fully equipped kitchens for self-catering. In addition to this, you will find information in the flats about restaurants, shops etc. in the immediate area. Here you can also find the breakfast offers of the local gastronomy. Parking bays Please check the information for the individual flats. Luggage checkroom Although we provide Holiday Apartments, there are no reception desks or luggage checkrooms where these are located. We would therefore recommend you use the public luggage lockers at the Hauptbahnhof (central station). You can do this comfortably when transferring there, necessary for those arriving by rail or plane. It is not possible to store your luggage with us before arrival or after your departure date. |
