What you may expect from us:
We will provide you with a comfortable high quality and well serviced flat with modern, functional and comfortable furnishings. Beds are already made, we will provide bed linen, towels, shower cloths, dish towels. All flats are fully equipped with a kitchen, cooker and oven, fridge, coffeemaker etc. including a hairdryer, iron and accessories. The final cleaning is included in the booking price. A friendly, professional and competent service.
Some information regarding our holiday apartments rental following in alphabetical order:
Arrival/departure: Rental period starts on arrival day at 16:00 and ends on departure day at 10:00. Period of arrival is between 16:00 and 22:00, period of departure until 10:00. Arrival/departure every day except Christmas (24.12.-26.12) and New Year (31.12./1.1.).
Babies/toddlers: up to 4 years sleep free of charge in the cot. We provide cots and highchairs for free. Please bring your own linen/towels for the baby. For free sleeping Babies neither linen nor towels are provided.
Bed linen, hand towels, shower towels and dish towels are provided.
Bicycles/ebikes: We offer bicycle parking spaces at most locations, some with ebike charging stations. Please note the information for the individual apartments.
Booking you may do best via entry mask at Home on our homepage. After filling in your dates of travel and pressing „Search“ all available apartments with their prices will be shown. Then you may book immediately the preferred flat. For that please follow the booking routine. Alternatively for special inquiries, long term stay, recurring data etc. you may ask for an offer via pressing Inquiry on the page´s right side. We gladly advise you by phone (0049351-4702004), too. Inquiries are subject to confirmation, bookings are effective only once we have issued our booking confirmation.
Bookings are effective only once we have issued our booking confirmation. You will receive a booking confirmation with all necessary informations for the booking, arrival and payment. If a booking is not accepted we inform you immediately and send you, if possible, an alternative offer. Processing of bookings and inquiries will normally take place within 24 hours.
Breakfast/catering: We do not provide any catering. All flats are furnished with fully equipped kitchens for self-catering. In addition to this, you will find information in the flats about restaurants, shops etc. in the immediate area. Here you can also find the breakfast offers of the local gastronomy.
Cancellation: All bookings may be cancelled without charge within 24 hours after booking as long as the apartment is not handed over to the renter. Cancellations have to be done written by mail, e-mail or fax with declaration of the booking number. Cancellation by phone are not possible.
For all other cancellations, the statutory provisions of German law apply. Alternatively, we offer subject to change:
Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival = charge of cancellation 20%
Cancellation 59 to 30 days before arrival = charge of cancellation 40%
Cancellation 29 to 14 days before arrival = charge of cancellation 60%
Cancellation 13 to 0 day before arrival = charge of cancellation 80%
Cancellations have to be done written by mail, e-mail or fax. Cancellations by phone are not possible. The deadlines refer to the first day of the rental period. The charges of cancellation are referring to the gross booking amount. Charges of cancellations have to be payed within 7 days from cancellation/invoice, deposits will be allocated. You will receive an invoice for the cancellation charges. Your travel insurance may reimburse these where applicable.
Important: You will find that our cancellation terms are far more favourable than statutory provisions actually require. However, our cancellation offers expire if payment is delayed! The legal regulations of German tenancy law then apply!

Change of booking: Single services, number of person etc. may be changed normally at any time before arrival. Inform us about the change and your booking number. We will confirm the change with a new booking comfirmation. Changes become effective only with our booking confirmation (change).
Change of rental period: For this we reserve our right to examine the particular case. Please inform us about your change request as soon as possible. We will take care of your wish and try to fulfil your request. Please have in mind that according to availability, change of season, going below minimun booking time, amendment of the scale of discount etc. additional costs may arise.
Check-in/check-out: After making a short appointment check-in is between 16:00 and 22:00 at the apartment. All necessary information for arrival and check-in you will receive with our booking confirmation.
Check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m. You will receive more detailed check-out information upon arrival.
Children: We welcome children! Toddlers/infants up to 3 years old sleep free of charge in the cot. We provide cots and highchairs for free. Please bring your own linen/towels for the baby. For free sleeping Babies neither linen nor towels are provided.
City tax will be collected by order and for account of the City of Dresden. The relevant information can be found in the internet on www.dresden.de/Beherbergungssteuer.
Deposit: The deposit serves as a pledge to ensure the proper return of the flat/key etc. and is refunded when the flat/key are returned. It is our aim to provide our guests with well-equipped, quality flats. By requesting a small deposit, we have been able to ensure a clientele in keeping with the quality of our services, avoiding those that perhaps do not appreciate this. We therefore charge a deposit up to 300.00 € to guarantee proper return of flat/key etc. When the flat/keys have been returned correctly, we will reimburse the deposit immediately. We are grateful for your understanding in this matter.
Internet: All our flats are equipped with WLAN/WiFi. All necessary information for WLAN/WiFi access you will receive at flat handover. WLAN/WiFi is a free service. We reserve the right to close internet access at any time even without reason. By possible failure and/or blocking of the internet access we exclude liability, compensation, and/or abatement of rent of any kind.
Luggage delivery/pick-up service: You are welcome to let deliver or pick-up your luggage. For that you will have to take care for some specifics. To help you we will send on request some infos for luggage delivery. Please do not send non-announced luggage!
Luggage checkroom: Parking of luggage before or after flat handover is not possible! Although we provide Holiday Apartments, there are no reception desks or luggage checkrooms where these are located. We would therefore recommend you use the public luggage lockers at the Hauptbahnhof (central station). You can do this comfortably when transferring there, necessary for those arriving by rail or plane. It is not possible to store your luggage with us before arrival or after your departure date.
Minimum stay: Minimum booking period is 2 nights. Single nights are not offered.

Parking bays: Please check the information for the individual flats.
Payment: Bookings are payable as follows: A deposit of 20% of the booking price within 7 days from booking date, and final payment either via bank transfer up to 7 days before the arrival day, or in cash upon arrival. Is there a gap of less than 14 days between booking day and arrival day the deposit is not applicable. All open amounts for rent, additional services, taxes and deposit have to be payed cash at flat handover. We reserve the right to cancel bookings in case of delayed payment.
Pets: In some flats you can bring house trained pets for a small fee. With respect to allegetic persons some of our apartments are kept „animalfree“. Therefore not booked pets perhaps may not be accomodated. When booking, please state the exact kind and size of your pet! Aggressive, loud or dangerous animals may not be brought.
Reservation: Provisional reservations are not possible. Inquiries and bookings are subject to confirmation up to issuing a booking confirmation.
Travel insurance: In order to ensure financial consequences in case of breaking or cancelling the journey for important reasons, we would recommend a travel insurance. Included in every booking information we will send you a link or documents for immediate acceptance of a travel insurance.
