Very spacious holiday apartment in the loft of the Villa Haniel. Access via the marvellous marble stairwell. Equipped with all modern comforts 4 room flat with 2 roof terraces. The large, bright rooms are characterised by historical timber work, large windows and wooden flooring.
Last renovated in 2008.

Bedroom: 4 bedrooms, 1x with double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with its own roof terrace, 1x with double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), 1x with 2 single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m). In addition double sofa beds in the sitting room, not a walk through room.

Large comfortable kitchen with large dining table and roof terrace. Fully equipped, including dishwasher, double sink, 4 hob electric cooker with oven, microwave, fridge, **** freezer, coffeemaker, mixer, toaster, water kettle, iron / ironing board etc.

Prices:
*Teens 13-17 years old 12.00 €/day, children 4-12 years old 9.00 €/day, toddlers/infants up to 3 years old sleep free of charge in the cot (no bed linen and towels).
One-time service flat charge 84.00 €/day for each booking. Service flat charge includes bed linen, towels, shower cloths (from 8 overnight stays on weekly change of linen), final cleaning, processing of order etc.
Electricity, water, heating etc. are included in our prices.

Additional services available:
Pets* 5.00 €/day,
Internet via UMTS 4.20 €/day (computer / laptop with USB interface, Windows XP, Vista, MAC OSX 10.2.6 of higher nessessary).

Booking periods:
On all weekdays including Saturday and Sunday except Christmas Eve to Boxing Day (24.12.-26.12) and New Years Eve /New Years Day (31.12.-1.1.).
Arrival from 16:00 to 22:00, departure until 10:00 am.
Minimum booking period 2 nights.
