2-room flat in the basement, 58 square metres.
Holiday flat "Oskar" in the basement of the villa. Bright, sunny southward facing with garden in front of the flat. Cosy, and equipped with all comforts, in the former historical household saloon. The rooms are characterised by historical tiles, natural stone and bright clean surfaces.
Last renovated in 2011.

Sleeping area:
Bedroom: 1 small bedroom with double bed, 1 large residential bedroom with double bed couch, comfortable seating and walk through wardrobe.

Kitchen:
Large kitchen with dining area. Fully equipped with sink, dishwasher, coffeemaker, 4 hob electric cooker with oven, fridge with **** freezer, coffeemaker, mixer, toaster, water kettle, iron / ironing board etc. Washing machine / dryer available for shared use.

Entertainment:
Comfortable seating, TV, stereo, CD player.
Internet via UMTS, also bookable (in addition computer / laptop with USB interface, Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Mac OSX 10. 2. 6 or higher necessary).

Bath:
Modern bath, partially from natural stone, with shower, wash basin, WC, hairdryer.

Prices:
*Teens 13-17 years old 12.00 €/day, children 4-12 years old 9.00 €/day, toddlers/infants up to 3 years old sleep free of charge in the cot (no bed linen and towels).
One-time service flat charge 67.00 €/day for each booking. Service flat charge includes bed linen, towels, shower cloths (from 8 overnight stays on weekly change of linen), final cleaning, processing of order etc.
Electricity, water, heating etc. are included in our prices.

Additional services available:
Pets* 5.00 €/day,
Internet via UMTS 4.20 €/day (computer / laptop with USB interface, Windows XP, Vista, MAC OSX 10.2.6 of higher nessessary).

Booking periods:
On all weekdays including Saturday and Sunday except Christmas Eve to Boxing Day (24.12.-26.12) and New Years Eve /New Years Day (31.12.-1.1.).
Arrival from 16:00 to 22:00, departure until 10:00 am.
Minimum booking period 2 nights.
